Returns & withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you receive the goods.

Notify us of the withdrawal by sending an unequivocal statement to kontakt@bulkinshop.pl (include the order number).

Send the goods to Paczkomat InPost LOD54N (Klonowa 19, 91-036 Łódź).

We recommend returning the complete, undamaged goods in their original packaging.

We refund all payments received no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to individual specification and to sealed goods which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you can file a complaint at kontakt@bulkinshop.pl. We will consider it within 14 days.
