We process the data you provide when placing an order: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and the chosen InPost Paczkomat (delivery address).

We process data to perform the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal and tax obligations (point c), and for the possible establishment or defence of claims (point f).

Data may be shared with parties involved in fulfilling the order: InPost Sp. z o.o. (delivery), hosting and infrastructure providers — Vercel and Supabase (data stored on servers in the EU), and the e-mail provider.

We keep data for the time needed to fulfil the order and for the period required by law (e.g. limitation of claims, tax obligations).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to fulfil the order.
