§1. General provisions and Seller details

The online store at bulkinshop.pl is operated by Bulka Oleksandr.

These Terms set out the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints.

§2. Placing orders

Orders can be placed via the website 24 hours a day.

To place an order, select a product, add it to the cart, provide delivery details (first name, last name, e-mail, phone), choose an InPost Paczkomat and a payment method, then confirm the order.

Placing an order constitutes a sales contract and an obligation to pay.

§3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include all mandatory taxes (gross prices).

A delivery cost of 13,99 zł is added to the price of the goods. The total amount payable is shown before the order is placed.

Payment methods: BLIK to a phone number and bank transfer to the account provided after placing the order. The order is processed once payment is received.

§4. Delivery

Delivery is made within Poland via InPost — to the Paczkomat chosen by the Customer when placing the order.

The expected processing time is up to 2 business days from receipt of payment, unless the product description states otherwise.

§5. Right of withdrawal (returns)

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the goods are received.

To withdraw, send the Seller an unequivocal statement, e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@bulkinshop.pl. Return the goods to Paczkomat InPost LOD54N (Klonowa 19, 91-036 Łódź).

The Seller refunds all payments received no later than 14 days from receipt of the statement. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to goods made to the consumer’s specification and to sealed goods which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

§6. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Consumer Rights Act.

A complaint can be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@bulkinshop.pl, describing the defect and the Customer’s request.

The Seller examines the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the store website.

§8. Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
